Some Brief History

The idea for INFOTECH COACH was conceived in 2001. At that time, I worked for a technology staffing firm and had 19 consultants working on various projects in the Kansas City area. Over lunch, my best client suggested I start an internet radio station for information technology professionals.  He saw the value of information technology professionals, like himself,  have the opportunity to communicate and interact with each other on an ongoing basis. The focus was on sharing their unique story, insight and advice with each other.   The goal was to help  information professionals achieve ongoing, professional success. It seemed like a good idea but our timing was bad due the "dotcom" bust. Not only had I left a good paying job but made a sizable investment that did not pan out.
